Bug fixes and performance improvemen- Just kidding. Hey everyone! After finishing up my undergrad and working for the past month, it's time for an update with some highly requested features. -- Custom Date Overrides -- The Australians have spoken: You can now set the Summer affirmations to show during December, and Winter affirmations to show in July. Simply choose start and end dates for a section (if supported), and it will be shown on the new dates you select. -- Editing Custom Affirmations -- Instead of having to delete and retype a custom affirmation, you can now simply tap on it and fix that typo or change that word. These are the two hallmark features of this update, but don't be fooled! This update is full of small fixes and additions that might be unnecessary, but definitely welcome. Thank you for using Affirmations, and enjoy the update! Affirmations will never interrupt or incessantly bug you for a rating. If you like the app, consider leaving a review! Added: * Added date overrides * Added editing custom affirmations * Added “Reset affirmation database” button in Customize * You can now long-press on the current affirmation to copy it * Added a page to view all affirmations in a section (Tap on the affirmation section in the Customize menu) * Added the ability to force a light/dark appearance for the widget (in the widget settings) * Added a review button to Settings * Added 3 new alternate icons: Red, Green, and Blue * Added a toggle to hide the last full stop in an affirmation (in the Appearance settings) * You can now change the widget to use a dark gray background instead of true black when the background gradient is disabled * Added a “Larger” text size to the widget * Added a secret debug view Changed: * Enabled 120hz animations on iPhone 13 Pro series * Fixed affirmation sections being linked to the year * Improved affirmation random choosing * Fixed “generocity” typo in the tip jar * Fixed text not wrapping in various parts of the app * Improved notification refreshing * Rearranged the alternate app icon order in the selection menu * The widgets now default to a dark gray background when the gradient is disabled |
